SNS series molded case circuit breaker:
SNS molded case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is a new generation of products launched by the company, divided into three series:
SNS thermal magnetic circuit breaker with overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection function, can protect the line and power equipment from damage. There are 63 type, 125 type, 250 type, 400 type, 630 type, 800 type six shell frame, current from 16A to 800A.
SNS electronic circuit breaker has overload long delay inverse time, short circuit short delay inverse time, short circuit short delay fixed time, short circuit instantaneous, undervoltage protection and phase protection function (optional). Among them, the controller with communication interface can be "four remote", to achieve parameter modification, fault reading to meet the requirements of the control center and automation system. There are 125M/H type, 250M/H type, 400M/H type, 630M/H type, 800M/H type five shell frame, current from 12A to 800A.
SNS circuit breaker with residual current protection can provide indirect contact protection for people, and can also provide protection for the fire danger caused by long-term grounding fault that cannot be detected by overcurrent protection. When other protection devices fail, the circuit breaker with rated residual action current of 30mA can directly play an additional protection role. There are four shell frames of 125,250,400 and 630, and the current ranging from 16 A to 630 A and the residual current from 30 mA to 1000 mA.
SNS thermal magnetic circuit breaker breaking capacity level M, H type for AC400V power distribution system can be inverted line connection. Electronic circuit breakers with residual current protection can not be inverted into the line, that is, only 1, 3, 5 allowed to connect to the power, 2, 4, 6 connected to the load line.
SNS125, SNS250 L/M/H type, SNS400,SNS630 L/M/H type thermal magnetic type and the above specifications four pole neutral pole type A, B circuit breakers can be with "thermal overload alarm without tripping" function to ensure power supplycontinuity and meet the requirements of Article 6.3.6 of GB50054.
SNS circuit breaker with residual current protection can be equipped with leakage alarm non-tripping module to avoid major losses caused by power failure and meet the requirements of Article 4.6 of GB13955.
The whole series of circuit breakers is according to the rated limiting short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), which is divided into four types: type C( (economic type), type L (standard type), M type (higher breaking type) and H type (high breaking type).
The whole series of circuit breaker accessories adopt external installation mode, which is convenient and reliable.
The rated insulation voltage of the whole series of circuit breakers is 1000V, and the products meet the requirements of reinforced insulation (Class II).
The whole series of circuit breakers can be installed vertically (that is, vertically) or horizontally (that is, horizontally).
